Full-bodied, unfiltered apple juice pressed each fall from a selection of heirloom varieties grown in our tall-trunk meadow orchards.

Our vinegar is special in that we use apple pulp left over from the juice-pressing process as a primary raw ingredient, which gives our vinegar smoothness, gentleness, and complexity not found in conventional vinegar made only from fermented apple juice

Saint John's Wort oil is herbal product made by infusing the flowers of the Saint John's Wort plant in a carrier oil. It is traditionally used in Slovenia to soothe and heal damaged skin, to soothe aching joints, and as a luxurious massage oil.

In addition to our apple juice and apple cider vinegar, produce a number of products on a small scale, including dried fruits, jams and fruit butters, and herbal teas.
