We are a family farm specializing in small-scale production of apple juice, cider vinegar, and related fruit products using traditional heirloom apple varieties from Slovenia and the former Austro-Hungarian empire. We strive to make tastier, less processed, and nutrionally richer products than typical commercial equivalents.

We strive to preserve the use of heirloom varieties; traditional, small-scale production methods, and ecologically-important meadow-orchard habitat, and to contribute to the preservation and continued cultivation of the Slovene farming countryside.
